1. Nature of Delivery

• All our products/services are digitally delivered via email, shared cloud links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), or your BigByapar client dashboard.

• No physical shipping is involved for any of our services.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines depend on the type of service:

  • PPT Design / Graphic Projects: 1–3 business days

  • Website Projects: 5–15 business days (depending on complexity)

  • Digital Marketing Packages: Starts within 24–48 hours after full payment and briefing

• You will be informed of the estimated delivery time when you confirm your order.

3. Urgent Deliveries

• If you need your order urgently, we offer express delivery options at an additional cost.

• Express orders must be pre-approved by our team based on availability.

4. Delivery Confirmation

• Once the final files or services are delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link or access instructions.

• Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of placing your order.

5. Failed Deliveries

• If you do not receive your delivery within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Contact us at contact@bigbyapar.com for immediate resolution.

6. Changes and Revisions

• We allow limited revisions as per the package chosen.

• Any changes requested beyond the scope of the package may incur additional charges and extend the delivery timeline.
