Cancellation and Refund Policy

At BigByapar, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital and design services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Project Cancellation

  • Before Project Start:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment if the project has not yet commenced. A cancellation fee of 10% may be deducted to cover administrative charges.

  • After Project Start:
    Once our team has begun working on your project, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund. Any work already completed will be chargeable, and a partial refund (if applicable) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Custom or Urgent Orders:
    No cancellations or refunds are allowed for express delivery or customized/urgent requests once the work has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

    • The service was not delivered as promised and no resolution was provided after discussion.

    • A double payment was made by mistake.

  • Refunds will NOT be provided for:

    • Change of mind after work has started or been delivered.

    • Delays caused due to client unresponsiveness or incomplete inputs.

    • Digital deliverables that were already downloaded or used.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the transaction.

  • Clients must submit a written refund request at contact@bigbyapar.com with order details.
